Harajuku is famous for its youth culture and the numerous fruits and cosplay teenagers that line the bridge next to Harajuku Station. Visit the area on a Sunday for your best chance at catching some outrageous outfits. Be warned that there are usually more tourist milling around snapping pictures than people dressed in costumes.
